Jumpin' Around: a Super Mario Level

A Super Mario Maker 2 level I've created to showcase and further improve my level design skills. It's available through the 0DQ-S8V-XGG code inputed inside the game.
Why I love Super Mario:
I've always loved playing 2D Super Mario games. At it's core, it is a very simple game with only two main moves you can do (excluding power-ups) - move and jump. Even so, it never gets boring due to the many platforms and objects one can interact with. The simplicity and variety of almost all 2D side-scrolling Mario games is why I've chosen to make a lot of levels in Super Mario Maker 2, with Jumpin' Around being the most recent.
Primary design idea:
I've primarily followed the basic formula that Koichi Hayashida has used to create levels for Super Mario Galaxy, Super Mario 3D World, etc. It's simplicity with 4 main steps (introduce, develop, twist, conclusion) makes way for rapid fire invention. It lets a designer have a general structure in his head from the start, and from there change and innovate per request.
More thoughts on the design idea:
For this Jumpin' Around I've introduced two differing mechanics - the trampoline and the spike block. One let's the player think through and time their moves, while the other brings more time sensitive action into play. For working around the obstacle of now having multiple mechanics needing to be introduced, developed, etc. I've turned to the design philosophy of Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze. It has longer, more connected levels with more than one mechanic and perfectly combines them for more challenging play.
